You already an RN. So what's next? As an RN, you are already committed to an
exciting and rewarding career but believe that something is missing, or maybe you want
to do more to further assist others in contributing to their well being. Acquiring a BSN is
the next step at obtaining those newly formed goals and aspirations you seek to achieve.
It is the beginning path to professional and/or advanced nursing. The School of Nursing
offers a learning environment that builds on prior knowledge and experience and prepares
the student for an administrative nursing career.
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree presents the opportunity for RN's to better apply
their skills and creates multiple avenues and benefits in the unyielding use of their gift.
With a BSN, RN's can further expand their nursing career, allowing them to become more
marketable in this ever-changing job market. North Carolina A&T State University School
of Nursing set up a foundation for each student to grow upon and take full advantage of
every possibility available in the nursing field. This, in turn, allows the RN student to
make use of their experience to its full potential, creating an even more promising outlook
on the student's road to further success.
