16.  I am a sophomore, when do I apply for Upper Division?

Answer:  Applications are available for Upper Division during the spring semester
               of each academic year.  Applications are available during the month of
               January and are due back to the Office Student Services by March 1st.
               Notification of acceptance is mailed out by Feb. 15th.
